W&P Wolf & Partner GmbH – the specialist for flux-free brazing with local heating

Wolf & Partner have been studying the application of brazing and welding technology in industrial processes for 15 years. During this period, optimized problem solutions for often complex component and material requirements were developed and successfully implemented in practice. The results were semiautomated and fully automated working stations with feeding and positioning equipment, partly with very short cycle times for the production of large quantities. We are pleased to find out that the robust automatic machines rarely fail, require low maintenance and provide the client with a substantial competitive advantage due to the reduction of the production costs.

Our range of services includes problem analysis, consultation with regard to application technologies including brazing test runs, calculations of profitability, development of various proposed solutions as well as design, manufacture and commissioning of the machines.

Wolf & Partner mainly deliver to subcontractors of the automotive industry, to tool manufacturers as well as to companies producing sanitary and heating equipment. Our success is based on close cooperation with our clients. Due to the excellent know-how of the company, which is backed up by scientific works, we are able to provide innovative and convincing solutions that are often above the level of the generally known technology.

Experiences resulting from many years of committed work are a good basis for new, complex tasks. Should our own level of knowledge not be sufficient for a task, we can use the know-how of Technical University of Berlin, Humboldt University and several universities of applied sciences and other technological enterprises of Berlin’s Science and Technology Park (WISTA).
